If the user has forgotten the password, you can change the password of an existing user.
On the Permissions page, click the Users tab.

in the required row.In the User Properties, click Change Password.
In the Change Password dialog box, enter a new password in the New Password field, and Confirm Password field.
The password must contain at least four characters.
(Optional) To force the user to change the password when they log on for the first time, select Change password on next login.
Click OK.
