Contacts and Users page

Use this page configure email notifications for case updates.

Option definitions

Option	Definition
Users list	Select the users to send notifications to. Note If no contacts are listed, you must specify an email server for ePO - On-prem and add email addresses for users. Configure the email server from Menu → Configuration → Server Settings → Email Server. Configure users from Menu → User Management → Users.
OK	Retains your changes and closes the window.
Cancel	Discards your changes and closes the window.
