Create a non-AD encryption user with user directory

For environments where a supported LDAP server is not available, users can be created through User Directory for use in the Drive Encryption preboot authentication environment. For more information, please see the product guide.

You must have administrator rights to perform this task.

Select Menu → User Management → User Directory to open the User Directory page.
Select Action → Add User.
Type a name for Add user and add attribute details.
Click Save.

Encryption user name is created in the user directory page.
