Rule sets combine multiple device protection, data protection, and discovery scan rules.
In ePO - On-prem, select Menu → Data Protection → DLP Policy Manager.
Click the Rule Sets tab.
Select Actions → New Rule Set.
Enter the name and optional description, then click OK.
