To scan Databases, we recommend using the DBO permission set.

You must have SQL administrator permissions to create a SQL user.

For details about product features, usage, and best practices, click ? or Help.

Open SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and connect to SQL Server.
Expand Security → Logins in the left panel.
Right-click Logins and select New Login from the drop-down list.
Add the user, specifying SQL Server authentication.
