Enabling or disabling soft bounce using the Web UI

Use the Email Bounce Configuration section to enable or disable email soft bounce.

To enable or disable soft bounce:

Go to Settings > Email MTA > Email Bounce Configuration page.
Select or clear the Softbounce check box to enable or disable the feature.
Click Apply.

Note
You can modify the non-delivery report after disabling soft bounce. Refer to Configuring the non-delivery report using the CLI
