When end users forget their Trellix FRP authentication or removable media recovery credential details, they are given a recovery code and instructed to contact the ePO - On-prem administrator.
User Token Recovery tab

Recovery Code | Enter the recovery code provided by the user. |
Display Name | The user's display name. |
SAM Account Name | The user's SAM account details. |
Email Address | The user's email address. |
Distinguished Name | The user's distinguished name. |
Token Type | The type of authentication token. |
Generated Code | The temporary credentials generated for recovery purposes. Read these credential details to the end user, or send the temporary credentials details by email (if configured). The user can then use those temporary credentials to log on and reset the authentication password. |
Recover | Click Recover to generate a response code. |
Close | Click to exit the current page. |
Removable Media Recovery tab
Option | Definition |

Vendor Name | Select the vendor name of the inserted removable media. |
Product Name | Select the product name. |
Removable Media Recovery Code | Enter the recovery code provided by the user. |
User Name | The user's display name. |
Device Size (GB) | The size of the removable media device in GB. |
Last access time | The last accessed time of the inserted removable media device. |
Response Code | The temporary credentials generated for recovery purposes. Read these credential details to the end user, or send the temporary credentials details by email (if configured). The user can then use those temporary credentials to log on and reset the recovery password. |
