- Users — Browse to locate and select specific users.
- From the groups — Browse to locate and select user groups.
- Recursive — Applies the user actions to users and subgroups of the selected groups (if applicable).
- From the organizational units — Browse to locate and select organizational units.
- Recursive — Applies the user actions to users and subunits of the selected units (if applicable).

User action types
|
Select the action to be applied to the selected users and groups:
- Remove all user actions— Cancels any previously set user actions for the selected users and groups.
- Force credential change — Forces users or groups to change the password or PIN used for authentication.
- Mobile devices - Enroll users — Enrolls users or groups to the Trellix Endpoint Assistant app for Cloud protection.
- Mobile devices - Unenroll users — Unenrolls users or groups to the Trellix Endpoint Assistant app for Cloud protection.
- Reset token — Resets user's smart card token

Authentication Type
|
Select one of these options:
- Password authentication — Applies the user action to password authentication.
- Smart card PKI authentication — Applies the user action to smart card authentication. From the
Card make drop-down list, select the smart card type.
