Resetting the MTA access restriction using the CLI

Use the CLI commands in this procedure to reset the MTA access restriction to the default configuration.

Note

The default configuration is 0.0.0.0/0 [::/0], which supports all MTA hosts.

To reset the MTA access restriction:
  1. Go to CLI configuration mode.

    hostname > enable
    hostname # configure terminal
  2. Reload the default configuration.

    hostname (config) # no email-analysis mta mynetworks
  3. Verify the default configuration for both IPv4 and IPv6.

    hostname (config) # show email-analysis mta mynetworks

    0.0.0.0/0 [::/0]

  4. Save your changes.

    hostname (config) # write memory
