You can create a task in ePO - On-prem to uninstall Trellix FRP from managed systems in the System Tree.
Any encrypted files should be decrypted before Trellix FRP is uninstalled. Encrypted files remain encrypted after Trellix FRP is uninstalled.
Select Menu → Client Tasks → Client Task Catalog, then select Trellix Agent → Product Deployment as Client Task Types and click New Task.
Set these options for the new task:
Make sure that Product Deployment is selected, then click OK.
In the Task Name field, enter the name for the task.
From the Target Platforms drop-down list, select Windows.
From the Products and components drop-down list, select File and Removable Media Protection.
From the Action drop-down list, select Remove.
Select an appropriate Language.
Select whether you want end users to postpone deployment or not in the "Postpone Deployment" dialog box (Windows systems only):.
Click Save.
Select Menu → Systems → System Tree → Assigned Client Tasks, then select the required group in the System Tree.
Select Product Deployment (Trellix Agent) from the Preset drop-down list.
Each assigned client task for every category appears in the details pane.
Select Actions → New Client Task Assignment to open the Client Task Assignment Builder wizard.
Set these options:
On the Task to schedule row, select Trellix Agent as Product and Product Deployment as Task Type, then under Task Name, select the task you created for removing the product.
Next to Tags, select the appropriate option.
Send this task to all computers
Send this task to only computers that have the following criteria — Use one of the edit links to configure the criteria.
Next to Schedule status, select whether the schedule is enabled or disabled, then select a schedule type from the Schedule Type drop-down list.
Select the options you want under Effective period, Start time, Task Runs according to, and Options.
Review the summary, then click Save.
