Upgrade installation workflow

You can upgrade Trellix FRP software using Software Catalog or using a manual method.

Upgrade using Software Catalog

From the Software Catalog, check in, update, and remove managed product components from your server. You can use ePO - On-prem Software Catalog to upgrade the Trellix FRP software. If you use Software Catalog, you don't need to access the Trellix Product Download website to retrieve new Trellix FRP software and software updates.

Upgrade manually

If you want to install the latest version of Trellix FRP, you can manually install the extensions and client package on the ePO - On-prem server.
