The Self-recovery tab under the User Based Policies allows you to enable and configure the self (local) recovery process. This allows the user to reset a forgotten password by answering a set of security questions. A list of security questions is set by the administrator using Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator - On-premises. If the answers from the user match what has been stored in the server, they can proceed through the recovery process.
