# Advanced Settings tab

Specifies actions for resources from allowed sites and specifies precedence for sites that are both blocked and allowed.

 
 
 

| Section | Option | Definition |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Allowed Site Options** | **Enforce actions for file downloads based on their rating** (Windows only) | Specifies an action for individual file downloads from allowed sites that are rated **Red**, **Yellow**, or **Unrated**. - **Block** — Prevents users from downloading the file and displays a message that the download is blocked. (Default for **Red** sites) - **Allow** — Permits users to proceed with the download. (Default for **Unrated** sites) - **Warn** — Displays a warning to notify users of potential dangers associated with the download file. Users must dismiss the warning before ending or proceeding with the download. (Default for **Yellow** sites) > [!NOTE] > Note > > Use settings in **Enforcement Messaging** to customize the message. |
| **Action Precedence** | **Enable allowed sites to take precedence over blocked sites** | Allows users to access allowed sites, even if they are also blocked. > [!NOTE] > Note > > By default, blocked sites take precedence over allowed sites. This option overrides the default behavior for this **Block and Allow List**. |
