# Assign and enforce your policies

Assign your newly configured policies to endpoints.

1. Assign a policy to a System or Group

  1. Navigate to Menu → Systems → System Tree, and select the group or specific systems you want to enfore policies.
  2. Select Actions → Agent → Set Policy & Inheritance.
  3. Select **System Information Reporter** as the product and choose the specific policy you created from the drop-down list.
  4. Click **Save**.
2. Manage policy enforcement.

  1. Navigate to Menu → Systems → System Tree, and select the required group.
  2. Click the **Assigned Policies** tab and select **System Information Reporter 1.0** as the product.
  3. The Enforcement Status is set to **Enforcing** by default. To change this, click **Break inheritance**.
  4. Select **Enforcing** or **Not enforcing** as required.
  5. Click **Save**.
