# Check in the package manually

Manually check in the Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS) for Linux deployment package to the Trellix ePO - On-prem Master Repository to manage the software.

 
 

## Task

1. Download the .zip file from the 
 Trellix download site to a temporary location on the 
 Trellix ePO - On-prem server.
2. Log on to the 
 Trellix ePO - On-prem server as an administrator.
3. Select 
 **Menu** → **Software** → **Master Repository** → **Check In Package**.
  1. For 
 **Package type**, select 
 **Product or Update (.ZIP)**.
  2. Click 
 **Choose File**, select 
  McAfeeESP-KernelModule-<version_number>-<build_number>, click 
 **Choose**, then click 
 **Next**.
  3. Click 
 **Choose File**, select 
 McAfeeTP-<version>.<build_number>-Release-ePO.zip, click 
 **Choose**, then click 
 **Next**.
  4. Select 
 **Current** as the branch.
4. Click 
 **Save**.
