Create unique navigation displays by adding and arranging widgets that enable you to display and interact with specific information.

  1. On the dashboard, click Add Tab → Create New View → Add Widget.

  2. Configure the widget.

    1. Give your widget a title.

    2. From the available options, select a query source, which pre-populates the query fields, filters, and sorting values. You can use the defaults or change the values.

      Note

The query source you choose determines which visualization options you can choose for the widget.

    3. Select the widget's visualization option. Options include: tables, bar charts, pie charts, list charts, gauges, and interactive donut charts.

      Caution

Using Baseline Views can impact system performance. Use care when turning them on.

    4. Select whether to bind the widget to data in another widget.

  3. Click Create. Once the widget appears on your dashboard, you can change its size and placement.

  4. To change the widget once it appears on the dashboard view, click GUID-A38D0E42-EA88-4B02-9B6A-A331923DB1ED-low.png. The options on the submenu vary depending on the widget and its corresponding data. Options might include: Settings, Visualization, Details, Actions, Drilldown, Filter On, and Delete.

  5. (Optional) On a table widget, resize the width of the columns by moving the column border.

    Note

Each time the view is open, the columns width is saved.

  6. Click Save.
