To enable and disable automatic triage acquisitions from the Automatic Triage Settings page:

  1. Log in to the Endpoint Security (HX) Web UI.

  2. From the Configure section in the main menu, select Triage Settings.

  3. To enable or disable automatic triage acquisitions:

    1. To enable automatic triage acquisitions, toggle the Triage Settings switch to ON.

    2. To disable automatic triage acquisitions, toggle the Triage Settings switch to OFF.

  4. Click Save.
