What's new
Audit Log: Track activity across your ePO - SaaS environment: The new Audit Log workspace gives administrators a centralized visibility to trace administrative, user, and system events across the Trellix ePO - SaaS platform. With this new Audit Log, you can investigate activities within the environment and troubleshoot issues faster through the following capabilites:
Investigate activity: Filter log entries by time range (preset or custom UTC dates), product suite, provider app, or saved queries.
Build custom filters: Create your own filters using Match All or Match Any logic, combined with attribute-level conditions, example, an attribute equals a specific value, to find exactly the events you need. Save filters to reuse later.
Customize your view: Show or hide columns, remove empty fields, and save your own column layouts for recurring investigation workflows.
Monitor trends visually: Switch on Visualization to see how activity is distributed by severity, actor type, and status. Select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly on any card to change the data window.
Note
Audit Log entries are retained for 12 months.
For more details, see Track activities with the Audit Log in the ePO - SaaS Product Guide.
Chart library upgrade: ePO - SaaS dashboards and reporting charts now use the Apache ECharts library to render charts.
Security hardening enhancements: This release includes security hardening updates across ePO - SaaS, including an upgrade to the JRE to version 1.8.0_503 and updates to other supporting libraries, to address known vulnerabilities and maintain the latest security and stability fixes.
Default Show/Hide setting on Client Task Assignment page: The Show/Hide option on the Client Task Assignment page now defaults to Show, allowing administrators to view available tasks without switching the setting each time.
Auto-focus the search option: Opening the Menu navigation now places your keyboard focus directly into the Search field so that you can start searching the required options instantly.
