# Firewall Catalog — Groups page

Display, add, edit, import, or export firewall rule groups in the **Firewall Catalog**.

 

| Option | Definition |
| --- | --- |
| *Item type list* | Selects the item to display (**Group**). |
| **Show Filter Options** **Hide Filter Options** | Shows or hides the filter options. |
| *Filter options* | - **Name** — Filters by group name. - **Status** — Filters by status, either **Enabled** or **Disabled**. - **Direction** — Filters by direction: incoming, outgoing, or either. - **Network protocol** — Filters by the four-character hexadecimal Ethertype of the protocol. - **Transport protocol** — Filters by a selected transport protocol. - **Local port** — Filters by local IP address. - **Remote port** — Filters by remote IP address. |
| **Set Filter** | Runs the filter. |
| **Clear** | Clears the filter and returns to the default view of groups. |
| **Import** | Imports group data in XML format. |
| **Export** | Exports all group data in XML format. |
| *Groups* | Lists the groups. - Triangle — Expands the group to display the rules. - **Edit** — Edits the group. - **Duplicate** — Creates a copy of the group. - **Delete** — Removes the group from the list. - **Export** — Exports group information in XML format. |
| **New** | Creates a new group and adds it to the list. |
| **Delete** | Deletes the group from the list. |
