Update ePO - On-prem public DNS name

You must update the ePO - On-prem public DNS name in the console.

ePO - On-prem must be installed on your AWS server.

  1. Select Menu → Configuration → Server Settings.

  2. Select Trellix ePO Server Public DNS from the Setting Categories pane and click Edit.

  3. Enter the Public DNS name and click Save.

  4. Run the query, update [EPOServerInfo] set RmdSecureHttpPort='443', AgentDeploymentURLServer = '<App Server DNS Name>' on the ePO - On-prem database to enable the secured port 443 for ePO - On-prem DNS.

  5. Add Public DNS name in the “EPORegisteredApacheServers” table:

    1. Update EPORegisteredApacheServers set PublishedDNSName='<ui-<server name>' where DNSName=’<ePO Server name>'

    2. Update EPORegisteredApacheServers set PublishedDNSName='ah-<server name>' where DNSName='AH server Name'

The ePO - On-prem public DNS name is updated, https://<Public DNS NAME>:<port>.
