# Verify the extension installation

Make sure that the Web Control extension is added to the Safari browser.

1. Start the Safari browser.
2. On the Menu bar, click **Safari**, then select **Preferences**.
3. In the **Extension** dialog box, enable **Trellix Web Control <version_number>** extension.
