You can generate two types of PDF reports from the Alerts page:
Summary of Alerts—a summary of malware analysis jobs.
Alerts Results—a detailed report of the Web analysis and callback results.
Six types of customized reports can be generated and delivered automatically on a schedule from the Reports page:

Reports can be produced with Concise, Normal, or Extended level of detail. When the report is generated, the Network Security appliance saves a copy of the report in the data/reports directory. You can copy the report to your local machine. The report can be generated and delivered automatically through email. A copy of this report is saved in the data/reports directory. The reports are removed when the size of the reports directory exceeds 100 MB.
Task list for managing reports
Complete the steps for managing reports in the following order.
Log in to the Web UI or CLI.
Configure the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) server or domain. You must also specify the email address of the report recipient. These settings are used whenever you want to email reports. For details about configuring these report settings, see the Network Security System Administration Guide.
Generate and verify the customized reports.
Schedule reports for automatic generation and email distribution.
Verify the configuration for the report schedule.
