Accessing the Manager database in the Manager shell

To access the Manager from a client machine, do the following:

1. Log in to the Manager shell using SSH.
2. Execute the dbShell command to enter the database.
   By default, the Manager database has two users:

   Default Username	Default Password
   admin	Last six characters of your Manager server instance ID
   root	Last six characters of your Manager server instance ID

   Note

   To know the Manager server instance ID, run status command in the Manager shell.

   Note

   Trellix strongly recommends you change these passwords during your first interaction with the Manager shell. The new password must be at least 8 characters in length and must contain a combination of numbers, characters, and special characters.
