Assigning alerts to an analyst

The SOC team can be spread over many geographical areas, and work in shifts. This can make it difficult for analysts to know which alerts are in progress, which alerts are closed, and which alerts need to be worked on. Alert management allows you to assign alerts to yourself or other authorized members of the team, reducing confusion as to which alerts are being worked on, and maximizing the efficiency of the SOC team.
