This section describes how to check HelixConnect status in the appliance Web UI and the Trellix Helix Web UI.

To view HelixConnect status in the appliance Web UI:

  1. Log into the appliance Web UI.

  2. Select About > Health Check > Services Health.

  3. View the status of the HelixConnect service.

To view HelixConnect status in the Trellix Helix Web UI:

  1. Log into the Trellix Helix Web UI.

  2. Select Manage > Appliances.

  3. Click the name in the Appliance column.

  4. Locate the Services Health section.

  5. Hover over the helix connect status field for health details, including remediation steps.
