The following procedure details the recommended steps for determining which users are currently logged on to the Manager/Central Manager server. All client-session configuration and data review should be gracefully closed prior to server shutdown.
Steps:
Log onto the Manager/Central Manager server through a browser session.
In the Dashboard, view the Manager Summary to view the currently logged on users.
Ask the users to close all Manager windows such as the Manager Home page and log out of all open browser sessions.
