compliance options ntp-default-servers enable

For compliance with FIPS and Common Criteria certifications, only NTP peers and servers that use SHA-1 authorization are allowed in compliance mode. Use this command to enable NTP service using the unauthenticated Trellix NTP server pool.

Enabling this option may bring your appliance out of full formal compliance.

Syntax

[no] compliance options ntp-default-servers enable

Parameters

Use the no form of this command to disable use of non-compliant NTP servers.

The following example enables the unauthenticated Trellix NTP server pool:
