Global data streaming is enabled automatically when Trellix Helix mode is enabled on an appliance. Global data streaming must be enabled before you can enable the steaming of specific types of data.
To enable global data streaming:
Log in to the appliance CLI.
Go to CLI configuration mode:
hostname > enable hostname # configure terminal
Endpoint Security (HX) only: Enable the data streaming configuration:
hostname (config) # datastreaming configuration enable
Enable global data streaming:
hostname (config) # datastreaming helix enable
To disable global data streaming:
Use the
no datastreaming helix enablecommand.
