Enabling or disabling ATI using the CLI

ATI is automatically enabled on a Network Security appliance when you install an All sharing CONTENT_UPDATES license with ATI support. ATI is automatically disabled if you remove or downgrade the license.

Note

For managed Network Security appliances, you configure ATI settings from the CLI of the Central Management System

Central Management System appliance.

Prerequisites

  • Log in to the Network Security CLI with a user account that is associated with Admin or Analyst access.

To enable ATI:
  1. Enter CLI configuration mode.

    hostname > enable
    hostname # configure terminal
    hostname (config) #
  2. Enable ATI on the appliance.

    hostname (config) # ati enable
  3. Verify the ATI status.

    hostname (config) # show ati status
    ATI license status : enabled
    ATI status : enabled
    ATI auto update status : enabled
    
To disable ATI:
  1. Enter CLI configuration mode.

    hostname > enable
    hostname # configure terminal
    hostname (config) #
  2. Disable ATI on the appliance.

    hostname (config) # no ati enable
  3. Verify the ATI status.

    hostname (config) # show ati status
    ATI status : disabled
