You could previously set the sensitivity level for malware files to be sent for file reputation in the File Reputation page under Devices → <Admin Domain Name> → Global → IPS Device Settings → File Reputation.
With release 10.1, the File Reputation page is no longer available. You can set the sensitivity level for malware files in the Advanced Malware page. When you create a malware policy, you can select the sensitivity level in the Action Thresholds column for the various actions to be performed for the file types. You can set the sensitivity level to generate alerts, block, send a TCP reset, add it to block list, or save the file for further analysis.
