Each third-party product has its own input fields. You might need to get the data for these fields from the third-party solution before you can integrate it with Helix. For example, if you want to integrate Akamai with Helix, first you must provide Helix with access and secret keys.
Note
If you want to integrate multiple versions of the same product, you must use a unique name for each integration.
To integrate a new third-party security solution:
From the main menu, click Integration Hub > Add New Integration, and then select the product you want to integrate with Helix.
On the Add New Integrations page, complete any prerequisite steps in the third-party solution. These are listed in a drop-down pane on the right hand side of the page.
On the Add New Integrations page, enter the following information:
A name for the integrated product.
(Optional) Add a description and assign tags to the integrated product.
Select Ingest or Respond and enter the required information.
Note
To have access to the Respond feature, you must be a Trellix Hyperautomation customer. If you select Respond, as part of the configuration you have to select an Edge. Edges are used to connect with an integrated product that is deployed in a different environment than the one where the workflow is running. This gives you the flexibility of choosing your own workflow execution environment. For more information, see Using edges in Hyperautomation.
Before you configure a Respond integration, the Integration Hub shows a list of supported Trellix Hyperautomation actions and artifacts. This helps ensure you only configure respond integrations that support the actions you need. If any new actions or artifacts become available after you configure a respond integration, you can view them when you select the integration on the Integration Hub page.
To ensure your information is kept confidential, all sensitive fields such as passwords, client secrets, and API keys are automatically masked as you type.
Click Add and Verify Integration. The integrated product is listed on the Integration Hub page.
