Renews the leased address for the DHCP on the interface.
Syntax
<no> interface <interface name> dhcp renew
Parameters
no
Disables the leased address for the DHCP settings.
interface name
The interface to be used.
Examples
The following example renews the leased address for the DHCP:
hostname (config) # interface ether1 dhcp renew
The following example disables the leased address:
hostname (config) # no interface ether1 dhcp renew
