Follow these steps to prepare the Central Management System appliance to accept or reject a request by an appliance to be added for management.
To prepare to accept a request to be managed:
Log in to the Central Management System CLI.
Verify that the rendezvous process is enabled:
cm-hostname > enable cm-hostname # show cmc rendezvous
If
Server rendezvous enabled: nois shown, enable the rendezvous process and save your changes:cm-hostname # configure terminal cm-hostname (config) # cmc rendezvous server enable cm-hostname (config) # write memory
