Adding a role lets you set the role ID. Permissions are added to the role.

Roles	Description
Shell (w/Admin)	Access to the shell and enable commands.
Shell	Access to the shell commands only.
UI/API	Access to the Web UI only.
UI/API and Shell	Access to the Web UI and shell commands.
All	This includes all roles (shell, admin, and UI/API).
