The scpFromRemote command is used to copy files from a remote location to /opt/scpfiles directory of the Linux based Manager.
Syntax:scpFromRemote <username> <remote_machine_ip> <filepath>
For scp from remote with a key: scpFromRemote -i <path/to/key> <user_name> <remote_machine-ip> <filepath>
Note
Ensure the key is FIPS compatible. To make the key FIPS compatible, refer to KB article KB94844.
The parameters for scpFromRemote command are as follows:
Parameters | Description |

| Login username for the remote machine |
| IP address of the remote machine |
| File path in the remote machine for the file to be copied |
| File path in the Linux based Manager for the key |
