Set the visibility of a custom dashboard

A custom dashboard can be either private or public. If you make a custom dashboard private, only the owner and your Helix administrator can view the content. You can set the visibility from the Custom Dashboard page or from an open custom dashboard.

To set the visibility from the Custom Dashboard page:

Navigate to Main Menu > Dashboards > Custom.
Find the custom dashboard, and at the end of the row click More Options .
To make the custom dashboard private or public, turn on or turn off the Private toggle.

To set the visibility from an open custom dashboard:

From your open custom dashboard, click Settings .
To make the custom dashboard private or public, turn on or turn off the Private toggle.
