Lists the event types for which notification emails will be sent.

Note

To enable or disable sending email notifications for a specified event type, see email notify event.

Parameters

None

Output

Event types for which notification emails will be sent are grouped as follows:

  • Failure events for which emails will be sent

  • Informational events for which emails will be sent

  • All events for which autosupport emails will be sent

Example

This example output shows the default output for a Central Management System appliance.

Failure events for which emails will be sent:
  dupe-appliance-detected: A duplicate virtual appliance detected
  fan-failure: A fan has failed.
  fan-recover: A fan has recovered.
  physical-disk-failure: A physical disk has failed.
  physical-disk-recover: A physical disk has recovered.
  power-supply-failure: A power supply has failed.
  power-supply-recover: A power supply has recovered.
  process-crash: A process in the system has crashed
  token-server-unreachable: Token Server is unreachable

Informational events for which emails will be sent:
  aggregation-failure: Alert aggregation failed for one or more sensors
  cmc-version-mismatch: The CMC connected to an appliance with a different system software version
  disk-space-low: Filesystem free space has fallen too low
  excessive-temperature: Excessive temperature has reached.
  gi-low-disk-download-failed: GI download failed
  license-state-changed: A license state has changed.
  manual-failover: A manual fail-over on CMS-HA has occurred.
  mvx-cluster-state-changed: MVX health check failed
  mvx-cluster-util-threshold-exceeded: MVX cluster utilization has exceeded threshold.
  normal-temperature: Temperature is normal.
  nxha-health-failure: NX-HA health check failed.
  raid-status-failure: A RAID error has occurred.
  raid-status-recover: A RAID has recovered.
  service-degraded: Service degraded events
  service-health-digest: Digest of degraded and recovery events for all services
  service-recovered: Service recovery events
  syslog-rotation: System log files rotation
  token-server-reachable: Token Server is reachable
  token-state-change: Virtual appliance activation state is changed
  unexpected-failover: An unexpected fail-over on CMS-HA has occurred.

All events for which autosupport emails will be sent:
  process-crash: A process in the system has crashed
  smart-warning: Smartd warnings
