Provide feedback on an investigation

Provide feedback when you close an investigation to record your assessment of the investigation.

1. Set the investigation status to Closed.

2. Enter User Assessment.

3. Enter User Feedback.

4. Submit the status change.

Both User Assessment and User Feedback are required when you set the investigation status to Closed. User Feedback accepts free text.
