You can test the connectivity between a device and Trellix Helix. The connectivity test attempts to parse the URL of the device, resolve the domain, and ping the host.
To test a connection:
Select Response > Devices.
Click Test Connection.
Enter the URL or URI for the service you want to test.
Click Test.
If the test fails, check the URL or URI in the device configuration.
Repeat these steps for each device you want to test.
Note
The Optional Parameters fields in the Test Connection dialog box are not used.
