Unable to log on to the Manager after typing credentials
Problem/Symptom: The Manager application does not open after typing the user name and password from the logon page. It displays only a blank page.
Potential Cause:
The Manager requires the window's pop-up capability to be disabled or have an exclusion configured.
Remedy:
Disable the pop-up blocker functionality.
or,
Create an exception for the Manager server IP addresses.
Internet Explorer
To disable pop-up blocker
To add exception to pop-up blocker list
From the command prompt, execute the command Inetcpl.cpl. The Internet Properties window is displayed.
In the Privacy tab, deselect the checkbox option Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
From the command prompt, execute the command Inetcpl.cpl. The Internet Properties window is displayed.
On the Privacy tab, select the Turn on Pop-up Blocker checkbox.
Click Settings. The Pop-up Blocker Settings window is displayed.
In the Address of website to allow field, add the IP address or host name of the Manager to the list of websites to be allowed.
Mozilla Firefox
To disable pop-up blocker

In the Firefox browser,select Tools → Options and click the Content tab.
Deselect the, Block pop-up windows checkbox.
In the Firefox browser, select to Tools → Options and click on the Content tab.
Select the Block pop-up windows checkbox.
Click Exceptions. The Allowed sites Pop-ups window is displayed.
In the Address of website text field, add the IP address or host name of the Manager to the list of web sites to be allowed.
Google Chrome
To disable pop-up blocker
To add exception to pop-up blocker list
In the Google Chrome browser, type the following in the address bar: chrome://chrome/settings/content. The Content Settings window is displayed.
Select Allow all sites to show pop-ups.
In the Google Chrome browser, type the following in the address bar: chrome://settings/contentExceptions#popups. The Content Settings window is displayed.
In the Hostname pattern field, add the IP address or host name of the Manager to the list of exceptions.
