"certificate_name" : "(string) <name given at the import time>"
"certificate_body" : "(string) <body of the certificate with EOL replaced by "\n" >"
"pvt_key_body" : "(string) <private key body in JSON-safe format>"
"csr_name" : (string)—Optional. If there is a CSR that needs to be used as private key source
"https_activate": (string)—Optional. Activate for HTTPS after upload. Private key must be present.
"mta_activate": (string)—Optional. Activate for MTA after upload. Private key must be present. (EX only)
