It may be necessary to tune rules. This could be because the rule is too sensitive and triggers alerts that do not require a response. For more information on tuning rules, see Managing the volume and efficacy of alerts.
To view and tune an alert from the Alerts page:
At the end of the row, click More Options

> View & Manage Rule.In the rule manager window, edit the various fields.
Click Save.
To view and tune an alert from an open alert:
Select View & Manage Rule from the drop-down menu on the upper right of the page.
In the rule manager window, edit the various fields.
Click Save.
