Migrate endpoints to Trellix FRP - SaaS

Task

  1. On the ePO - On-prem console, select Menu → Systems → ePO - SaaS Migration.

  2. Select Configure ePO - SaaS Account.

    The ePO - SaaS credentials are already linked to the ePO - SaaS account. For more information, see Prerequisites.

  3. Select Clone configuration to ePO - SaaS.

    The screen displays the number of compatible systems that can be migrated to ePO - SaaS. The systems must meet the migration criteria. For eligibility criteria for systems migration, see 000014667.

    1. To customize the ePO - SaaS migration requirements, select Settings in the top-right corner, choose the options that need to be migrated and click Save.

      Uncheck the "Delete systems after migration". This retains migrated system information required by the Removable Media device events migration Server Task.

      Caution

      If "Delete systems after migration" remains checked, RM device events for the deleted systems will not be migrated.

    2. Click Clone to ePO - SaaS.

  4. Select Migrate Active Directory configurations to ePO - SaaS.

    Optional for Trellix FRP.

  5. Select Migrate compatible systems to ePO - SaaS.

    1. Select a group to migrate.

    2. Click Migrate Group.

Trellix FRP is migrated to ePO - SaaS.
