Remove the Drive Encryption software packages

When you deactivate and remove the Drive Encryption software from the client system, you need to remove the Drive Encryption software packages (MfeEEPC.zip and MfeEEAgent.zip) from the ePO - On-prem server.

Before you begin

  • You must have administrator rights to perform this task.

  • Make sure that you deactivate the Drive Encryption client before removing the Drive Encryption software package from ePO - On-prem.



Task

  1. Select Menu → Software → Main Repository.

    The Packages in Main Repository page lists the software packages and their details.

  2. Select the Drive Encryption packages from the list, click Action and select Delete Package.

  3. Click OK.
