Important
After upgrading macOS endpoints to the latest versions of Trellix products, Trellix recommends checking the installed product versions. If any products are missing or have not been upgraded to the latest version, it is necessary to manually upgrade them. For details, see KB96552.

New features and changes
This release provides support for these features.
Support for Apple Silicon M1 and M2 — Trellix FRP - SaaS supports a Universal Binary approach where M1/M2 processors are supported natively by Trellix FRP - SaaS. If the processor is Intel, the application will run natively on Intel. If the processor is M1/M2 chipset, the application will run natively in M1/M2. This native M1/M2 supports only Mac. This works without the Rosetta layer. This means if the Rosetta is disabled, Mac supports M1/M2.
