Configuring HelixConnect via the CLI

The HelixConnect client is automatically enabled on appliances after Helix Enterprise mode is enabled on them. Use the commands in this section to enable or disable HelixConnect.

To enable HelixConnect client:
  1. Go to CLI configuration mode:

    hostname > enable hostname # configure terminal

  2. Enable the HelixConnect client:

    hostname (config) # helixconnect enable

  3. Verify your change:

    hostname (config) # show helixconnect

Important

Do not disable HelixConnect or unsubscribe the device unless you are advised to do so by Trellix Technical Support.

To disable HelixConnect client:
  1. Go to CLI configuration mode:

    hostname > enable hostname # configure terminal

  2. Disable the HelixConnect client:

    hostname (config) # no helixconnect enable

  3. Verify your change:

    hostname (config) # show helixconnect
