To configure the ICAP server port and SSL certificate using the Web UI, use the following fields in the ICAP Settings page:
TCP Port
The TCP port number used for traffic sent over ICAP.
By default, the ICAP server listens for traffic on port 1344.
SSL Port
The TCP port number used to establish a secure ICAP connection with the ICAP Client.
By default, the secure ICAP connection is on port 11344.
Interface
The management interface (ether1 or ether2) over which ICAP traffic is received.
SSL Certificate
The certificate that is submitted to connect to ICAP clients over secure ICAP connections.
By default, the system-self-signed certificate is used to establish secure communication.
Prerequisites
Administrator access to the Network Security appliance
You have enabled the ICAP service on the Network Security appliance. For details, see Enabling or disabling ICAP service using the Web UI.
You have enabled the request modification mode or response modification mode. For details, see Enabling or disabling ICAP request and response modification modes using the Web UI.
Choose Settings > ICAP.
In the TCP Port field, enter the TCP port number for traffic sent over ICAP.
In the SSL Port field, enter the TCP port number for a secure ICAP connection between the Network Security appliance and the ICAP server.
In the Interface drop-down list, choose ether1 or ether2 management interface.
In the SSL Certificate drop-down list, choose the SSL certificate that is used to secure ICAP connections with the ICAP server.
Click Update.
