You can enable, disable, or remove the Ingest feature of an integrated product. If the integrated product is not working as expected, you can disable it while you investigate and enable it when the issue is resolved. If you are no longer the integrated product, you can permanently delete it from Helix.
If you delete an integrated product that has an active event flow, the Integration Hub forcibly deletes the associated Comm Broker. This prevents the integration being incorrectly reported as a Comm Broker integration. In rare occasions where there is a latency in the event flow, the Comm Broker might become active again and will be reported as a Comm Broker integration.
Note
You cannot disable or delete a Respond integration.
You can only delete an integrated sensor if its status is Disabled.
When you delete a product migrated from Cloud Connect in the Integration Hub, it may take some time for the sensor to disappear from the list of integrated products. The sensor will be removed when its status is Obsolete.
To enable, disable or remove an Ingest integrated product:
From the Main Menu

, click Integration Hub.Select the integrated product you want to enable, disable, or delete, then select the Ingest tab and do one of the following:
To enable, disable, or remove a feature of an Ingest integrated product, select the required option from the Feature Actions menu.
To enable, disable, or delete the whole Ingest integrated product, select the required option from the Integration Actions menu.
In the dialog, click Enable, Disable, or Delete as required.
You can also enable, disable, or delete a whole integrated product from the table on the Integration Hub page. At the end of the product row, select the required option from the More Options .png "more-options.png")
