Enabling or disabling blocked-by-proxy detection using the CLI

Follow these steps to enable or disable blocked-by-proxy detection using the CLI. The feature is disabled by default.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to the Network Security appliance CLI.

To enable or disable blocked-by-proxy detection:
  1. Go to CLI configuration mode.

    hostname > enable
    hostname # configure terminal
  2. To enable blocked-by-proxy detection, use the following command:

    hostname (config) # swg scan block-by-proxy enable
  3. To disable blocked-by-proxy detection, use the “no” form of the command:

    hostname (config) # no swg scan block-by-proxy enable
  4. Verify your changes.

    hostname (config) # show swg config
    hostname (config) # show fenotify preferences bbo
  5. Save your changes.

    hostname (config) # write memory
