The InfoCollector utility collects and bundles essential Trellix IPS information for export or diagnosis.
To execute the InfoCollector script in the Manager shell, do the following:

Log in to the Manager shell using a console client with the credentials below:

Execute the command
ipsmanager perform infoCollector from <mm/dd/yyyy> to <mm/dd/yyyy>.Parameter
Description
mm/dd/yyyy
Provide the date in MM/DD/YYYY format. Example: 02/28/2025
The process will be initiated. You can run
show ipsmanager infocollector statusto check the status.
